OpenAI Has a New Chief People Officer.
Arvind KC, formerly Roblox's chief people and systems officer, has also held senior roles at Google, Palantir, and Meta, according to OpenAI. He succeeds Julia Villagra, who left in August 2025 after less than six months as chief people officer. The position has been vacant since then.
