Federal Appeals Court Upholds Pentagon Blacklisting Anthropic
A federal appeals court upheld the Pentagon’s authority to designate Anthropic a supply-chain or national-security risk and remove its Claude models from government systems. The ruling followed Anthropic’s refusal to enable unrestricted military uses of its models.
